REASI, Mar 9: BJP general secretary (Org), Ashok Koul addressed a workshop organized in Mandal Katra of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Assembly constituency in district Reasi under the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Prashikshan Mahabhiyan-2026. The workshop witnessed enthusiastic participation from party functionaries and workers.
Among those present in the workshop were Rohit Dubey, district president BJP, Baldev Raj Sharma, MLA Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Constituency, Kuldeep Raj Dubey, MLA Reasi constituency, Sheel Magotra, State office co-incharge, Pawan Dev Singh, district general secretary, Ramesh Sharma, district general secretary, and Sohan Lal Sharma, Mandal president, Katra, besides speakers of all seven sessions, district office bearers, Mandal office bearers, Morcha presidents, senior leaders and party activists.
While addressing the workshop, Ashok Koul said that the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Prashikshan Mahabhiyan is an important initiative of the party to further strengthen the organization at the grassroots level. He said that the training programmes are designed to equip party workers with ideological clarity, organizational discipline, and effective communication skills so that they can work more efficiently among the masses. He stressed that the philosophy of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay, particularly the concept of Antyodaya, remains the guiding principle of the BJP, and party workers must dedicate themselves to the service of the last person in society. He encouraged workers to remain connected with the people and actively highlight the developmental initiatives of the Government.
Baldev Raj Sharma said that such workshops help in building a strong and disciplined cadre base. He urged party workers to carry the party’s ideology and welfare-oriented policies to every household.
Kuldeep Raj Dubey said that ideological training and organizational awareness are essential for strengthening democracy and effective public service.
Rohit Dubey said that the Prashikshan Mahabhiyan will further energize the cadre and ensure better coordination among party workers at various organizational levels.
Similarly, workshops were also conducted at Gandhi Nagar Mandal under Bahu constituency, Poonch Urban in Poonch constituency, Kuntawara in Kishtwar constituency, and Sunderbani in Kalakote constituency as part of the ongoing campaign.
