SHOPIAN, Nov 16: A delegation of Traders Federation and Fruit Growers Association here today met Deputy Commissioner (DC) Shopian, Dr Owais Ahmad and talked about several public problems.
The problems included power crisis, non-availability of clean drinking water, demand of up-gradation of district hospital, traffic jams in Shopian town and slow pace in completion of new Fruit Mandi, Shopian.
After listening to the delegation the DC assured that every possible help will be given to the public to tackle the problems.
A delegation was led by Traders Federation President, Ghulam Nabi Turay and Fruit Growers Association General Secretary, Bashir Ahmad.
