JAMMU, Mar 29: Three alleged drug peddlers were arrested with 7.21 grams of heroin-like substance from Domana area here today.
A police official said that acting on specific information, a team of Police Station Domana, led by SHO concerned, Inspector Varuneshwar Singh, arrested three individuals with the consignment from Muthi Domana area.
They were later identified as Mohit Sharma of Dream City, Muthi, Jammu; Ankit Mahajan of Choudhary Lane, Roop Nagar, Jammu; and Ankit Bhat of Roop Nagar, Jammu.
According to the police official, the accused individuals have been booked in case FIR number 70/2026 under sections 8/21/22/29 of NDPS Act registered at Police Station Domana and further investigation has been taken up.
