DODA, Oct 25: Police here today solved a theft case within 24 hours and recovered the stolen property.
Police sources informed that on October 23, 2025, a complaint was received regarding the theft of several batteries and iron materials from a BSNL tower located in Domail, Bhaderwah after which an FIR with number 146/2025 under Section 303(2) BNS was registered at Police Station Bhaderwah and investigation started.
During investigation, cops picked three persons Imran Ahmed, son of Imtiyaz, resident of Amiranagar, Bhaderwah; Mohd Saqib, son of Azhar Ali, resident of Udarna and Mohd Asif, son of Mohd Alyas, resident of Sarna, Bhaderwah and they confessed to their involvement in the crime.
Upon their disclosure, six stolen tower batteries and other iron materials worth approximately Rs. 50,000 were recovered.
