JAMMU, Nov 27: Three individuals were arrested by police in Sidhra area here today after a video went viral, wherein they were seen assaulting a school bus driver.
Police said taking cognisance of a video showing three individuals pulling and assaulting the driver of the DPS Jammu bus on Wednesday over some grazing related dispute, a case FIR number 242/25 under sections 126(2), 115(2), and 299 of the BNS was immediately registered at Police Station Nagrota and the investigation entrusted to incharge Police Post Sidhra, PSI Neeraj Parihar.
During the course of investigation, they said, the investigating police team arrested three individuals, including one Sohan Lal and his two sons, Sachin Kumar and Vishal Verma, all residents of Kana Chargal.
Meanwhile, further investigation has been set into motion, police said.
