HARIDWAR, Jan 15: A three day conference on ‘Health Services and Management Using Smart Techniques’ started here today at Patanjali University.
The conference is being organised jointly by Patanjali University, IIT Roorkee, American Institute of Management and Technology, US’s Global Knowledge Foundation, BIS Dehradun and University of Mariland Eastern Shore’s Business Management and Accounts Department.
The conference is being organised to unify the smart techniques for technology and management of health services.
The conference started with the warm welcome of invited guests by Acharya Balkrishan.
This was followed by welcome song by Chandermohan and his team.
The welcome address was delivered by Patanjali University VC, Prof. Mayank Kumar Aggarwal.
While addressing the gathering, Dr. Dev Sharma threw light on digital health management, cyber security and AI supported smart channels for effective therapies.
Speaking on the occasion Acharya Balkrishan threw light on ancient Indian knowledge system related to spiritualism, agriculture etc.
He stressed on the use of modern technology in health services.
The chief guest, Sachin Chowhary threw light on BIS functioning and said that information about the quality of products is important before using them.
IIT Rorkee Director, Prof. Kamalkishore Pant talked on telemedicine, digital health and importance of Indian culture in the world.
Research Head of Patanjali Herbal Research, Dr. Vedpriya, Dr Prashant Katyar, Dr Kanak Soni, Prof Mayank Aggarwal and Dr Savita also spoke on the occasion.
