JAMMU, Feb 4: Thieves targeted another shop in Jewel area of Jammu district today and decamped with Rs 45,000 cash.

On February 3rd, they struck a residential property in Sharika Vihar area falling under the jurisdiction of Police Station Domana and ran away with 7 tolas of gold and Rs 45,000 cash. On the preceding day i.e. February 2nd, they targeted several shops in the district, and decamped with valuables and cash worth several lakhs.
In the recent incident that happened on the intervening night of February 3-4, 2025, the thieves broke open the back door of Perfect Medicos-a medical shop located just a few steps away from Police Check Post Jewel Chowk area-and decamped with Rs 45,000 kept in the cash drawer.
Owner of the medical shop, Deepak, claimed that he has filed a complaint with Police Station Nowabad but an FIR was not registered in the case till the press time.
