JAMMU, May 8: Narwal police today arrested a thief and recovered a stolen TATA Sumo vehicle from his possession.
The thief has been identified as Suhail Iqbal alias Honda alias Raju, a resident of Mohalla Ustad, Jammu.
Police recovered a stolen TATA Sumo bearing registration No. 1614 JK19 from the possession of accused.
Police said questioning of the vehicle lifter was on and some more recoveries could be made from his possession.
Police parties headed by Incharge Narwal police post Sub Inspector Hilal Azhar and Sub Inspector Pawan Dogra of the same police post. A case has been registered against the accused for further investigations.
