MENDHAR July 19: Thieves struck a jewellery shop in main market area of Mendhar Sub Division in Poonch district, here last night.
The entire incident has been captured on the CCTV cameras installed in the shop. As soon as the shop owner came to know about the theft, the police were informed and investigation began analyzing the CCTV footage to identify the culprits.
Vijay Kumar Chandan, the owner of the shop, said the thieves took away gold, silver, and artificial jewellery worth nearly Rs 3 lakh.
