JAMMU, Aug 6: As part of annual Machail Yatra of Goddess Chandi, the “Thali Mubarak” will leave for Sarv Shakti Shri Chandi Mata Ji Mandir Chinote, Bhaderwah to join the main Yatra on 17th August 2013 at 6 am.
The yatris from Jammu in the form of a religious procession along with “Thali Mubarak” will leave Shri Maha Lakshmi Mandir, Pacca Danga, Jammu towards Indira Chowk and pass through Pacca Danga, Jain Bazar, Link Road, Purani Mandi, City Chowk, Raghunath Bazar and reach Indira Chowk where from they will board the buses for Chinote Bhaderwah.
In addition, Thali Poojan ceremony will be performed on 16 August in Shri Maha Lakshmi Mandir, Pacca Danga Jammu from 2 pm to 8 pm.
