JAMMU, June 8: Demanding continuation of their service, the Temporary Teachers of 2014 once again held a strong protest demonstration near Press Club, here today.
The protesting youth, who were engaged as Temporary Teachers in 2014 for an academic year, raised slogans for continuation of their service and claimed that the Government had assured the same. They were carrying banners and placards with slogans in support of their demands.
The protest demonstration, led by Balwinder Singh Pawar, was organized under the banner of J&K Temporary Teachers Association, Jammu 2014.
While addressing the protest demonstration, Mr Pawar accused the State Government, more particularly the Education Minister Naeem Akhter of being insensitive towards the educated youth who are demanding justice.
He urged the Government to consider their demand.
