Temple built exactly where it was pledged: Yogi

AYODHYA, Jan 22:
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath shared his feelings following the completion of the consecration ceremony for the ‘Bal vigraha’ of Shri Ram Lalla in Shri Ayodhyadham. Expressing deep satisfaction, he remarked, “the temple has been constructed exactly where it was resolved to be built”.
Congratulating the people on the occasion Yogi said, ‘hearty congratulations to all of you as Lord Shri Ram Lalla is enshrined in his ‘bhavya-divya-navya’ Dham. On this eagerly anticipated day, after a hiatus of 500 years, emotions swell in the heart to a degree where words fail to capture the profound sentiments. The mind is immersed in a sea of emotions, profoundly moved and overwhelmed. Undoubtedly, each of you must be experiencing a similar sentiment. Today, on this historic and profoundly sacred occasion, every city and village in India transforms into Ayodhya Dham. Every route converges toward the birthplace of Shri Ram.
“All eyes are wet with tears of joy and satisfaction. And, everyone is chanting ‘Ram-Ram’. The whole nation is ‘Rammay,’ giving us a feeling that we have stepped into the era of ‘Tretayuga.’ Today, Raghunandan Raghav Ram Lalla graces the throne of our resolution as it were, which is filled with emotions. Joy, pride, and a profound sense of contentment fill the hearts of every devotee of Ram on this auspicious day. Finally, the day India had eagerly awaited has arrived. Nearly five centuries have passed in anticipation of this emotional moment. Dozens of generations left this land for ‘Saketdham’ (heaven) with unfulfilled wishes, but the wait and the struggle continued.”
Shri Ram Janmabhoomi might have been the first such unique case in the world, in which the majority community of a nation had fought for so many years and at so many levels for the construction of a temple at the birthplace of their idol in their own country, Yogi said.
Earlier, Yogi Adityanath extended a warm welcome to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat. He presented silver models of Shri Ram Temple to both the PM and the RSS chief as a gesture of honoring them.
Yogi showcased exceptional hosting skills, ensuring a seamless and well-organized event. He personally welcomed guests and meticulously inspected all temple preparations.
Alongside extending a warm welcome to Prime Minister Modi, CM Yogi not only supervised the seamless organization of the program but also actively directed officers to ensure the guests were well taken care of. The guests, in addition to witnessing this historic event, expressed their satisfaction with the hospitality provided by the Yogi Government.
In the early morning hours, Yogi arrived on the temple premises to extend a warm welcome to the guests. As the host, he honored distinguished guests from various fields such as politics, art, sports, literature, film industry, and the industrial sector. He personally met with guests, as well as engineers, workers, and their families involved in the temple construction, felicitating them for their contributions.
He also conducted a comprehensive inspection of the preparations for the consecration, gathering information about seating arrangements, rituals, and other programs within the sanctum sanctorum. Upon Modi’s arrival, Yogi and Governor Anandi Ben Patel welcomed him with ‘Ramnami patakas’ and a bouquet of flowers.
