JAMMU, Sept 10: Financial Commissioner (Revenue), J&K, has appointed Farooq Hussain, Tehsildar Consolidation Jammu, as Presenting Officer to conduct a departmental inquiry against Mohammad Yousuf, Incharge Junior Assistant, presently attached to the office of the Regional Director, Survey & Land Records, Jammu.
The inquiry pertains to charges framed against Yousuf under the J&K Civil Services (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 1956. The order was issued in continuation to an earlier directive and follows a communication from the Regional Director, Survey & Land Records, Jammu.
