JAMMU, Apr 8: The Government has ordered suspension of Tehsildar Subash Singh Chib and Patwari Rajinder Kumar, against whom sanction has been accorded for prosecution in corruption case.
Subash Singh was presently posted as Tehsildar (HQ) Udhampur while Rajinder Kumar is posted as Patwari at Gool-II, Tehsil Marh, Jammu. They are accused of commission of offences under Section 5(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act in a case FIR at Police Station Crime Branch Jammu.
The order of suspension was issued today Deputy Commissioner (Central) in terms of rule 31 of J&K Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeals) Rules, 1956.
