Technical appraisal committee constituted

JAMMU, Sept 9: Government of Jammu and Kashmir today constituted a Technical Appraisal Committee for the project “Development of Web Application and Mobile Application for relief & rehabilitation Commissioner (Migrants), J&K and Digitization of Documents of Provincial Rehabilitation Office, Jammu”.
Headed by Ashaq Hussain Dar, Director In-Charge, NIELIT, J&K, the committee shall submit its report to the Information technology Department within a period of 15 days.
The committee shall provide technical vetting of the DPR and give recommendations regarding the methodology and technology proposed in DPR. Further, it shall ensure strict compliance to all the rules, procedures and guidelines issued by the Government from time to time while vetting the DPR.
Sumit Kumar Panday, Assistant Professor, Computer Science & Engineering, IIT Jammu and Prabjot Singh, Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Engineering, GCET Jammu, are Members of the committee, while Dr Irfan Ahmad, project Manager, J&K e-Governance Agency, is the Member Secretary, who shall coordinate with all the members.
