JAMMU, Nov 4: The Business School, University of Jammu, today celebrated 25th anniversary of the batch of ’91.
The Silver Jubilee celebrations began with Prof RD Sharma, Vice Chancellor, JU, Prof BC Sharma, Director, TBS, and the batch of 1991 lighting the ceremonial lamp.
During the day-long celebrations, the alumni carried out several interesting actives by engaging the audience in quizzes, lectures etc to get to know the students. In their own interesting ways, they put across the need to keep up to date with the current business scenarios and also to dare to experiment.
Rashmi Gupta, an alumnus of the fourth MBA batch, conducted a small poll to encourage Management learning through motivation and by involving their batch mates, faculty and the present batch students in question and answers related to their batch. The alumni who could not make it to the meet, were contacted through social networking.
The session was attended by faculty of The Business School and enthusiastic students of the current MBA batches.
