KISHTWAR, Nov 11: A taxi driver while moving towards his home in Kishtwar fell into river Chenab this morning and remained untraced along with his vehicle till late evening.
Sources informed that Sandeep Kumar, 32, son of Rattan Lal, resident of Begana, Kishtwar was on way to Kishtwar from Drabshalla to attend some function when the vehicle bearing registration number JK17A-6082 he was driving plunged into Chenab near Kandni.
Rescuers continued the search operation till late in the evening but got no success and the operation will resume in the morning.
