JAMMU, Apr 24: A tanker carrying infrastructure for setting up of an Oxygen Plant in the Government Medical College (GMC) Doda has mysteriously gone missing.
When approached, GMC Doda Principal Dr Dinesh Kumar confirmed that the tanker is not traceable and said they have sounded the administration. He said the district administration is taking all possible steps to trace the tanker.
Dr Kumar said the issue also figured at a high-level meeting of the civil administration and they are confident that the tanker will be traced.
Sources said the tanker operator and owner of the company which had dispatched infrastructure for installation of Oxygen Plant in the GMC Doda aren’t responding to the telephone calls.
Dr Dinesh Kumar, however, said they are confident that the installation of Oxygen Plant will meet the deadline of about one month.
