The word Swachh is self indicative of cleanliness or emancipation from ugliness which causes multiple diseases, deaths and destruction. The history reveals how millions of people had to leave this world untimely when devastating epidemics and cholera like diseases broke out in the past. Centuries back itself, it was fully realized that cleanliness is next to godliness, obviously, Modiji’s message to make India Swachh (clean) is of vital significance. Especially in big cities and towns where density of population is alarming these days, necessity to keep cleanliness becomes even more important. If everyone starts doing what is needed to translate the mission in reality without any doubt, the target will not remain unachieved. A little sense of responsibility and civic sense is considered enough to make the missing a success. “Sweep before your own door” a traditional proverb stil enjoys rich values. If every one starts avoiding making the sacred motherland unclean and dirty, the mission as launched by our great PM Narendra Modi will remain unique and fruitful for the nation.
