KHOUR, Apr 29: Army soldiers caught a suspected spy moving under mysterious circumstances in Jourian area of Akhnoor sector and handed over to police.
Reports said on Tuesday afternoon, army soldiers caught a mentally challenged young man roaming in the area under suspicious circumstances, after interrogation, army soldiers handed him over to Jourion police post.
The young man was identified as Shoaib Akhtar, resident of Bihar. Police started investigation after finding the young man roaming in the area under suspicious circumstances. A police official said that investigation has been initiated into the matter.
