Sushma’s visit to Pak good beginning: PRP

SRINAGAR, Dec 8: People’s Republican Party (PRP) has termed the visit of  Foreign Minister, Sushma Swaraj to Pakistan a good beginning in bringing the bilateral ties to normalcy.
The PRP leaders who met here, today to discuss the outcome of the visit under the chairmanship of its president Mir Ghulam Rasool said that the visit is a good beginning to improve bilateral relations between the two countries as good neighbourly relations between them is imperative for peace in the Sub Continent and restoration of normalcy in Kashmir Valley where people have suffered during last 26 years of turmoil.
The meeting decided to extend full support to Indo-Pak dialogue and normalization of relations by two countries so that they can devote to eradication of poverty, fight hunger, diseases etc.
The meeting criticized those organizations which are opposed to visit of Mrs Swaraj to Pakistan and holding of dialogue between the two countries saying they are enemies of peace.
PRP said India and Pakistan should live like two brothers and resolve their all outstanding issues through dialogue instead of confrontation and PRP will support any such initiative which will lead to prevalence of world peace.
