AKHNOOR, Apr 14: Senior BJP leader and District Development Council (DDC) member, Pandit Suresh Sharma here today inaugurated a newly constructed waiting hall at Guru Ravidas Sabha in Tacharwan, Panchayat Nardi, Block Maira Mandrian.
The hall was built at a cost of Rs. 5 lakh and was funded through Sharma’s DDC allocation.
Construction of the waiting hall was a long pending demand of the public in the area, responding to which the DDC member committed funds for the project and today he inaugurated the hall.
Addressing the gathering on this occasion, Sharma emphasized his dedication to grassroots development.
Members of Guru Ravidas Sabha extended their continued support to Sharma and lauded his commitment to public welfare.
Several prominent personalities including BJP leaders Ramlal Sharma, Mandal president, Gulshan Kumar Sharma, Mandal general secretary, Akshay Magotra, Satyapal, Rashpal Das, Rita Verma, Gurpal Singh, Mayer Singh, Bishan Lal, Sukhdev Raj, Sanjay Kumar, Ranjit Malhotra, Sita Ram, Jagaram, Madanlal, Ashok Kumar, Maniram, Gyan Chand and others were also present on the occasion.
