JAMMU Apr 7: Cautioning people against nefarious designs of Congress party to appease terrorists to petty political gains, former Minister and senior leader of BJP, Bali Bhagat today vowed to frustrate such dangerous game-plan of Congress party.
“On the one hand Congress has aligned with Muslim League in Kerala while in J&K party High Command has maintained a criminal silence on anti-national outburst of National Conference (NC) and PDP leadership”, Bhagat said while addressing series of public meetings at Chatha,GovindPura,Purkhoo,Gurah Brahmna and Bantalab areas of Raipur-Domana Assembly segment in support of party candidate for Jammu-Poonch Lok Sabha seat, Jugal Kishore Sharma.
Bhagat regretted that Congress has shamelessly indulged with NC and PDP in competitive separatism to demoralize nationalist forces in J&K. “Every single vote in favour of Congress would demoralize security forces engaged in tackling terrorism in J&K”, Bhagat said while mentioning towards highly controversial issues incorporated in the election manifesto of Congress party. “Congress in its manifesto has given clear signal that party would cross all limits to demoralize security forces and to appease anti-national forces”, he said, adding, “Congress manifesto is more or less character of demands of anti-India Hurriyat Conference”.
Taking a dig at PDP chief, Mehbooba Mufti and NC working president, Omar Abdullah, Bali Bhagat said that Article 35-A is one of the biggest Constitutional fraud. He said that worst victims of this Article were Dalits, OBCs and women and those supporting Article 35-A are against marginalized sections of the society.
Bali Bhagat called upon people of weaker sections of the society to teach a lesson to those who are supporting Article 35-A. “The poor Valmikis, who have been living in Jammu since 1957, are facing glaring example of human right violation and they are facing worst ever slavery in the modern world”, he pointed out and added that these poor Valmikis are worst victims of Article 35-A.
