Summer vacations in courts from June 16

JAMMU, June 9: State High Court will observe summer vacations from June 16 to June 27 (both days inclusive).
A notification in this regard was issued by the High Court today.
Meanwhile, High Court has notified the Vacation Schedule for Subordinate Courts of Jammu province excluding Bhaderwah, Kishtwar, Batote, Doda, Gool, Bani and Banihal.
The Subordinate Courts of Jammu will observe 15 days summer vacations with effect from June 16, 2014 to June 30, 2014 (both days inclusive). Principal District and Sessions Judges and Chief Judicial Magistrates of all the districts will make suitable arrangements for disposal of urgent criminal business arising during the period of such vacations in the areas within their respective jurisdiction.
Meanwhile, Principal Sessions Judge Jammu, RS Jain ordered that from June 16, 2014 to June 20, 2014 he will be Vacation Judge for Jammu district, 1st Additional Sessions Judge Jammu Mohan Singh Parihar will be Vacation Judge from June 21, 2014 to June 25, 2014 and 2nd   Additional Sessions Judge Jammu Nighat Sultana will be Vacation Judge from June 26, 2014 to June 30.
