POONCH, Dec 21: A stray dog has bitten 11 persons in Mandi area of Poonch district.
Reports said a stray dog attacked 11 persons from Jallian, Azamabad area in main market Mandi who was later beaten to death by the people.
All the injured people were treated in Sub District Hospital, Mandi and one among them seriously injured was shifted to District Hospital, Poonch.
Dr Munir at SDSH Mandi said that 11 persons were treated here in the Hospital and one among them having injury on eye was shifted to DH Poonch, from where he was further referred to Rajouri for plastic surgery consultation. All other 10 persons are stable and sent to home after treatment.
