SRINAGAR, Oct 10: The Central Enforcement Wing of the State Taxes Department in Kashmir held a felicitation event today to honour officials for their outstanding performance.
A spokesperson for the event said top-performing officers and officials were recognized for their exceptional contributions. “Among those felicitated were the Airport Enforcement team, led by STO Irshad Abdullah, along with Inspectors Mohammad Afzal Bhat, Pervez Ahmed Mir, and Sub-Inspectors Sunny Bhat and Shubham Bhan,” he said.
The spokesperson said that the event was presided over by the Commissioner of State Taxes and attended by the Additional Commissioner for Administration and Enforcement, Shakeel Maqbool, Deputy Commissioner of the Enforcement Central Wing, Waseem Raja, Assistant Commissioner Sarib Sehran, and other officers and officials from the Central Enforcement Wing.
In his address, Commissioner PK Bhat commended Deputy Commissioner Waseem Raja for organizing the event and expressed his belief that such initiatives would further motivate the staff to work diligently for the department. He praised the Central Enforcement Wing’s efforts and encouraged the team to continue striving for excellence and enhancing the wing’s effectiveness.
Deputy Commissioner Waseem Raja briefed the Commissioner on the wing’s recent achievements and shared plans to strengthen future enforcement efforts.
