State karatekas learn new techniques in National Camp

JAMMU, Dec 26: After learning new techniques in the 3-day National Karate Training Camp held at Baaijnath in Himachal Pradesh recently, the karatekas of Jammu and Kashmir returned back from HP, here today.
The Camp was held under the overall supervision of Shishan Janak Raj Jamwal, 7th Dan Black Belt, Chief Instructor and president Shotokan Karate Do India.
The karatekas drawn from various Districts and Schools who participated in the Camp included Rinku Sharma from Rajouri, Rohit Mahajan from Nowshera, Ishita Raina, KC Public School, Vishwam Thakur from KV Gandhi Nagar, Sankalp Soni from DPS, Aman Malhotra from AFS, Ajay Sharma from KS Public School, Akshay Sharma from KS Public School, Lucky Bawa, Mohd Areeb Khan, Wasiq Khan, Akshay, Manpreet Kour, Pranav Salaria, Sanjeet Kumar, Raman Sharma, Akshay Sharma and Janvi Kamble (All from APS Akhnoor), Palak Dhiman from CP School, Adil Mehmood from International School Rajouri, Satvik Tutoo from TT School, Sohit Gupta, Christ School Nowshera and Vishvas Raina from CP School Jammu.
Sensei Sanjay Kumar Tutoo, 3rd Dan Black Belt president, Chief Style Universal Shotokan Karate Do J&K and Shruti 2nd Dan Black Belt accompanied the karatekas as coaches.
