JAMMU, Oct 1: Senior Superintendent of Police Jammu, Joginder Singh, along with senior officers of Jammu and Kashmir Police, today paid tribute to martyr Constable Rohit Sadhu on his 24th death anniversary at his residence in Saraswati Vihar, Pouni Chak.
Constable Rohit Sadhu had laid down his life during the terrorist attack on the J&K Legislative Assembly in Srinagar in 2001, showing exemplary courage and dedication to duty.
Floral tributes were offered in his memory, and the officers met his family to express solidarity and gratitude.
SSP Jammu said the sacrifice of Constable Sadhu is a proud chapter in the history of J&K Police and will continue to inspire future generations.
He assured that the valour and dedication of such brave personnel will always be remembered with reverence.
