POONCH, May 20: The Jammu and Kashmir Road Transport Corporation (JK RTC) has announced the resumption of its crucial transportation services from Poonch to Srinagar via the historic Mughal Road.
The services have been reinstated and are operating on an alternate day schedule. The same vehicle departs from Srinagar one day and returns from Poonch the following day. This temporary adjustment is due to prior commitments in election duty, ensuring minimal disruption to public commute. Once the election duty engagements are completed, the regular service operations are set to resume promptly, said a spokesperson of JKRTC.
