JAMMU, July 2: Castigating the PDP-BJP coalition Government for its failure in providing basic amenities to the people of Jammu city, State president, Shri Ram Sena (SRS), Rajiv Mahajan, today described the present drinking water crisis as unprecedented.
He said the erratic drinking water supply in Jammu city especially in Old and New Rehari area speak volumes about the lack of will of the present State coalition Government to serve the people. He said the public of Rehari have seen very little or no water supply for the last fortnight.
He said the people are feeling worse kind of helplessness during the present PDP-BJP dispensation, not experienced as ever before. Mahajan wondered how Government can be so insensitive in leaving the people fending for themselves in unprecedented and severe summer months.
Mahajan expressed anguish that Jammu MLAs and Ministers have forgotten their promises made with the public during their election campaigning.
