JAMMU, Jan 11: Marking a step towards strengthening quality guidance for civil services preparation, a free Zoology optional workshop (11th January) organized for the IAS, IFoS and JKAS aspirants was conducted by SR College of Competitions, here today.
The workshop received an encouraging response from aspirants who are keen to opt for Zoology as their optional subject.
During the session, subject expert provided in-depth insights into the Zoology optional syllabus, its relevance for IAS and IFoS examinations and the overlapping areas that can be strategically utilised for better results.
Special emphasis was laid on answer writing techniques, diagrammatic presentation, time management and recent examination trends to help students improve their scoring potential.
The workshop was highly interactive, with aspirants actively participating in discussions and seeking clarity on study resources, revision planning and common mistakes to avoid.
The expert shared practical tips on building conceptual clarity and maintaining consistency throughout the preparation journey.
