JAMMU, Jan 10: A water cooler along with RO water purifier has been installed at the gate of Nehru Market Police Post for the use of general public.
SP South Vinay Sharma inaugurated the water cooler in presence of SHO Gandhi Nagar Inspector Gurnam Singh, Incharge Police Post Nehru Market SI Sumeet Sharma, locals and police personnel.
The water cooler was donated by Raju Jandial, a reputed businessman who regularly does a lot of philanthropic work.
While speaking, SP South Vinay Sharma said that installation of the water cooler will benefit the commuters especially in the summer season.
He also appealed to the general public to save the drinking water and use the water judiciously.
