JAMMU, Apr 15: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has ordered the deputation of Bharat Bhushan Sharma, SP and Deputy Commanding Officer of JKAP 7th Battalion (Security), to the Prisons Department.
Consequently, Khalid Amin, SP, who was serving in District Jail Poonch, has been repatriated to his parent department, the Jammu and Kashmir Police.
“In the interest of administration, sanction is hereby accorded to the deputation of Bharat Bhushan Sharma, SP Deputy CO JKAP 7th Battalion (Security), to the Prisons Department on the standard terms and conditions of deputation, as laid down in Schedule XVII of the Jammu and Kashmir Services Regulations 1956,” read an order issued by Chandraker Bharti, Principal Secretary to the Government, Home Department.
“Consequent upon this, Khalid Amin, SP, District Jail Poonch, is repatriated to his parent department viz. J&K Police,” the order further said.
