JAMMU, Jan 20: Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) Ward number 44 Councillor, S. Inder Singh Soodan here today inaugurated lane-drain work in Sector 7 of Nanak Nagar area.
Speaking on the occasion Soodan said that JMC has sanctioned funds to the tune of Rs. 37 lakh for the project.
“The repair work of lane-drain in the area was a long pending demand of the locals there as they were facing a lot of problems while passing through the dilapidated lanes of the area,” he informed.
S. Jarnail Singh, S. Aya Singh, S. Balbir Singh, Dr. Inderpal Singh, S. Mehar Singh, S. Baljit Singh, S. Darshan Singh, Vijay Kumar, S. Bachman Singh and others were also present on the occasion.
