JAMMU, Apr 10: Son of the soil, Jayesh Gupta, who has directed and produced many feature films, has made the Jammu and Kashmir proud by getting his second award in last six months.
His film ‘Bacche Man Ke Sacche’ made bagged a special jury award for ‘feature film on children’ in Jammu International Film Festival, which concluded last evening. This Film has been directed, edited and produced by Jayesh Gupta. The award was presented to Jayesh Gupta by renowned Bollywood actor Rahul Roy along with prominent actor MK Raina.
‘Bacche Man Ke Sacche’ is a serial comic film and has a social message for everyone. Initially, the Film was shortlisted among so many national and international films and eventually it got an award in the Festival.
Around 6 months back also, Jayesh Gupta had won best social film award for his film titled “KYU”. The Film was about old age people and had a social message as well. Both of his films were widely appreciated by the critics and public at large, which eventually bagged awards at two different international festivals.
