JAMMU, Jan 28: The Bishnah branch of Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation (SNCF) organized a voluntarily blood donation camp at Sant Nirankari Satsang Bhawan, Bishnah.
The camp, which held in collaboration with Blood & Transfusion Department of Government Medical College Jammu, Indian Red Cross Society and JKSACS, was inaugurated by Sarita Chauhan, Chairperson, J&K Special Tribunal. About 101 units of blood by the volunteers were donated during the camp.
While speaking on the occasion, Sarita Chouhan said that the Sant Nirankari mission is doing yeoman service to mankind by organizing regular blood donation camps while Ajit Singh, zonal incharge, Sant Nirankari Mandal, highlighted the message of her holiness Satguru Mata ji and other activities of the Mission.
Other dignitaries presented on the occasion were Dr Mohan Lal Menia, Dr Lubina, Bansi Lal Sanchalak and several prominent citizens of the society.
