SRINAGAR, May 8: Prominent religious and political leader from Budgam, Aga Syed Ahmad Moosvi, joined Apni Party on Thursday during a special event organised at the party headquarters in Srinagar.
Party president, Syed Mohd Altaf Bukhari, along with other senior leaders, gave a warm welcome to Aga Syed upon his joining the party.
According to a statement issued here, Altaf Bukhari, while welcoming Aga Syed Ahmad Moosvi into the party fold, said that Aga Syed’s joining would enhance the party’s presence and strengthen the cadre further in his constituency.
“Given Aga Syed’s credibility, integrity, and his influence among the masses, I am sure that his presence in the Apni Party will further strengthen the party cadre in his constituency and beyond. It is a matter of great pleasure to welcome him into the party. The entire leadership extends a warm and wholehearted welcome to him,” he said.
