Sharma raises developmental issues with CM

JAMMU, May 24: Vice-Chairman, J&K State Advisory Board for Development of Kissans Radhay Sham Sharma met Chief Minister Omar Abdullah and held discussions regarding various developmental issues of tehsil Nowshera.
While speaking, Sharma apprised Chief Minister about the announcement made by him while addressing a public meeting recently at Nowshera that he and his Government shall consider all the pending demands before the completing of present tenure of coalition regime.
He also projected various demands before the Chief Minister which include creation of district for Nowshera, release of additional funds for developmental works, creation of PDD division, sanctioning of clusters of model villages one each in both the border blocks of Nowshera and Sunderbani, early release of assistance/ compensation to the border migrants of Nowshera constituency at par with border migrants of Pallanwala including allotment of residential plots to each border migrant family at safer places as their one time permanent settlement, special package of employment for the educated unemployed youth, regularization of daily wagers, adequate staff in Government schools, besides many other demands.
Chief Minister gave patient hearing to the demands and assured that all the vital issues of public importance shall be considered before completing of present tenure of ruling alliance.
