JAMMU Dec 17 : The Union Ministry of Home Affairs today ordered posting of Shantmanu, an IAS officer of 1991 batch, to Jammu and Kashmir segment of AGMUT cadre with immediate effect.

Shantmanu joined the cadre on December 12.
Meanwhile, Joginder Singh Rai, a JKAS officer, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department has been posted as Special Secretary with the Deputy Chief Minister, a GAD order said.
Abdul Khabir, Special Assistant with the Deputy Chief Minister, was transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary to the Government, Tribal Affairs Department.
