Shama Tallab area deprived of basic facilities: Manjit Singh

SAMBA, Apr 19: Apni Party held a party outreach programme at Shama Tallab  in Block Purmandal to highlight the pertinent problems being faced by the residents for their early resolution  in which large number of people from the adjoining areas participated.
Manjeet Singh Former Minister J&K and provincial President Jammu graced the meet as chief guest.
Manjeet Singh while addressing the meeting appealed to concerned authorities to take immediate necessary for construction of proper road, provisions for pure drinking water and electricity which is lacking in the area for several decades which is matter of great concern and agony.
Manjeet further said that since many years Government of India have been spending a lot of money for the development and welfare of ST community in the country but it is painful that despite passing of more than seventy years after independence, the residents of Shama Tallab–ST dominated area is still deprived of such basic facilities and it needs urgent attention.
On this occasion, many youth joined Apni Party before Provincial President Jammu.
