JAMMU, June 12: Shri Guru Ravi Dass Sabha (SGRDS), Khour today celebrated 627th Prakash Utsav of Sant Samrat Sadh Guru Kabir Ji Maharaj in the premises of Gurudwara Shri Guru Ravi Ji Maharaj Khour (Akhnoor Sector) with cake cutting ceremony
Speaking on this occasion, Vikram Singh, president Shri Guru Ravi Dass Sabha Khour said, “This is a yearly event that celebrates the birth anniversary of Sant Kabir Ji Maharaj was a renowned poet, saint and social reformer.”
“This day is celebrated by all classes of people not only in India but in other countries also. The writings have greatly influenced the Bhakti Movement. His writings include Bijak, Sakhi Granths, Kabir Granthawali, Kabir ke Dohe are sung throughout the world,” he added.
Vikram congratulated the countrymen on the eve of Parkash Divas of Sant Samrat Sadhguru Kabir Ji Maharaj Vikram appealed to sangat to follow the teachings of Sant Samrat Kabir Ji Maharaj.
