Sethi releases devotional bhajan “Chandi Maa Machaila Waliye”

JAMMU, Aug 18: Aimed at spreading devotion and peace, a new devotional Dogri bhajan, “Chandi Maa Machaila Waliye,” was released by MLA Jammu East Yudhvir Sethi in a function held here today.
The bhajan released in presence of chairman of the Samvedna Society Keshav Chopra and Director, Editor Rahul Dutta, is dedicated to the revered Chandi Mata of Machail.
Speaking at the event, Yudhvir Sethi highlighted the importance of preserving and promoting Dogri culture and traditions.
He said, “Devotional music serves as a powerful medium to connect people with their spiritual roots and expressed his hope that the bhajan would be widely appreciated for its soulful melody and lyrical depth.”
Sethi congratulated the entire team for their commendable effort in creating a piece that resonates with the faith of the community.
Keshav Chopra also shared his views on the significance of the bhajan in fostering a sense of unity and spiritual well-being.
Chopra emphasized that such devotional works play a crucial role in today’s fast-paced world by providing solace and a sense of belonging.
He also prayed to the goddess that the incidents of cloudbursts should come to an end and he prayed for the peace of the souls of those who lost their lives in these tragedies.
The bhajan features the vocals and lyrics of Vijay Kumar Singh, with music and composition by Assh K.
The video and editing were handled by Rajwal Motion Pictures, with cinematography by Krish Rajwal and Ajay Parwana.
Tarun Sharma, Sunaal Kakkar, Gurmeet Dutta, Sourav Gupta, Manoj Tandon and others were also present during the event.
