JAMMU, Nov 20: Senior Advocate Sunil Sethi has been appointed Special Public Prosecutor in the sexual exploitation of mentally retarded girls at Rotary Inner Wheels Home at Channi Rama.
An SRO in this regard was issued by Mohd Ashraf Mir, Secretary Law and Parliamentary Affairs.
