Services of 3 Sr AAGs disengaged

JAMMU, Dec 26: Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs has disengaged services of Seema Khajuria Shekhar, C M Koul, and Nisar Hussain Shah, all Senior Additional Advocate General and allocated their work to other Law Officers as interim arrangement.
According to the order, HA Siddiqui, Senior Additional Advocate General Jammu will appear before the Court of Justice Rajesh Bindal (including Division Bench of Justice Rajesh Bindal) in place of Seema Khajuria Shekhar.
The departments assigned to HA Siddiqui, Senior Additional Advocate General shall be represented by FA Natnoo, Additional Advocate General in addition to his own assignment.
The departments earlier assigned to CM Koul, Senior Additional Advocate General Jammu shall be represented by Raman Sharma, Additional Advocate General Jammu and the departments assigned to Nissar Hussain Shah, Senior Additional Advocate General Srinagar will be represented by BA Dar, Senior Additional Advocate General and Shah Aamir, Additional Advocate General.
Revenue and Hajj and Auqaf Departments have been allocated to BA Dar while as School Education and Election Departments have been allocated to Shah Aamir.
