I would like to request J&K State Govt to sanction separate Public Service Commission and SSB to Jammu to do justice in recruitment to State Cadre posts. Total number of vacant posts be divided equally for two Divisions and the process of recruitment be made transparent with written test compulsory and only ten percent marks be kept for interview. It is pertinent to mention that pages of newspapers were filled when unjustified selections were made for Asstt. Professors and other posts in recent times. There was some justification for selection as school lecturers because written test was conducted. Sooner the Govt. understands and respects public sentiments better it will be for them to rule peacefully. In this way both the divisions of State will get equal share. One day it will have to be done because voice of public is voice of God.
