JAMMU, Feb 17: In a recent administrative reshuffle, the Jammu and Kashmir Government has transferred Talat Parvez Rohella, Commissioner of Enquiries, J&K, and posted him as the Secretary to the Government, Planning Department, with additional charge of Development and Monitoring.
