JAMMU, Mar 25: Shiv Sena Balasahib Thackeray today expressed resentment over Government’s move on restricting its leaders from visiting Kashmir valley.
Addressing media persons here, president Shiv Sena, Manish Sahni alleged that Government has committed a ‘wrong’ in stopping the leaders of Shiv Sena from visiting Kashmir thus enraging the workers and supporters of the party. He said that despite full cooperation with the administration, such unwarranted step is not at all justified.
Sahni said that the Adhikar Jagrook Rath Yatra of the party which after commencing from Jammu reached Udhampur via Nagrota and Katra was stopped and sent back as the road was not clear due to landslides but when the leaders of the party tried to visit Valley after starting their onward journey from Banihal the administration denied permission, which is uncalled for and totally unfounded.
