JAMMU, Nov 12: A delegation of School Education Employees Co-Ordination Committee and Incharge School Education Officers Forum, led by provincial president Amar Nath Thakur, submitted a reminder to Personal Officer of Director School Education Jammu for early consolidation of APRs and data as per performa for regularization of all incharge School Education Officers and lecturers.
Thakur said the matter has been taken up with the Director several times by the Forum since May 2015 but due to non seriousness and carelessness of some CEOs, consolidation process at directorate office was not completed and this has created a sense of resentment among all incharge officers / lecturers.
APRs and data of all incharge officers/ lecturers, retired and left out had to be submitted to Commissioner Secretary School Education before 18-05-2015 but the same is even not consolidated till date. This is the reason that more than 3000 incharge officers, lecturers including left out and retired are without regularization.
Thakur also requested Education Minister Naeem Akhtar and Commissioner Secretary School Education for their personal intervention in this regard so that all officers / lecturers  of the School Education Department are regularized at the earliest  and justice is provided to all.
The delegation comprised of Tara Mani, Hem Raj, Romesh Singh and S Surjit Singh.
