JAMMU, Dec 31: Ram Niwas Sharma, Secretary School Education Department, has been assigned additional charge of Higher Education Department.
According to an order in this regard, issued by the General Administration Department, Ram Niwas Sharma, has been entrusted with the additional charge in the interest of administration.
