JAMMU, Aug 28: Shri Durga Nath Trust (SDNT) secretary, Dr O P Nakashi in a statement today said that former Chief Secretary, Vijay Bakaya is not the president of the Trust as he has since submitted his resignation as Trustee and which has been accepted also.
While reacting to a news item published in this news paper on August 26, Dr Nakashi said that after his resignation Mr Bakaya in no capacity can claim to head the Trust as its president.
